A Vitally Important Function within HealthQuest Designed to Protect You ...

An absolutely essential function within a well designed Patient Management program is the ability to secure and lock Case History notes, Visits notes and other Clinical Notes so that they can't be altered at a later date.

This is to protect the practitioner in the event of a malpractice suit. A court of law needs to be assured that the clinic notes as presented are a true and accurate record of a patient's history and treatment that were entered at the time of the consultations.

HealthQuest secures each entry and logs the entry with a date and time stamp as well.

Training and Support

Getting started with HealthQuest is a breeze. Our new and convenient training method uses a combination of direct computer-to-computer support using the amazing TeamViewer software, plus a series of mini-movies that are loaded onto your computer when HealthQuest is installed. There are over 120 mini-movies that cover all aspects of the program. The mini-movies run on the average from 1 to 6 minutes.

You only need to watch the particular mini-movie that covers the part of the program that interests you at the time.
