This is a Vitally Important Function within HealthQuest

An absolutely essential function within a well designed Patient Management program is the ability to secure and lock Case History notes, Visits notes and other Clinical Notes so that they can’t be altered at a later date.

This is to protect the practitioner in the event of a malpractice suit. A court of law needs to be assured that the clinic notes as presented are a true and accurate record of a patient’s history and treatment that were entered at the time of the consultations.
